I don’t own a gun, can I still take a class?
Yes. If you don't have your own gear, we will provide you with everything you need including a firearm.
Can I shoot a gun which is not legal?
No. We will not provide you with any illegal guns or ammunition. If you bring your own gun and we view it to be unsafe or illegal we will not let you use that gun.
I paid for a class and now I can’t attend, can I get my money back?
No. We will give you full credit for a future class. The credit is non-transferable and must be used within 60 days. If you do not give us 48 hours notice of your cancelation no credit, transfer or refund is guaranteed.
If I take a women’s class, will there be any men there?
No. There will only be female students. However, there may be a male instructor or co-instructor.
Can my kid take a class?
Yes. Kids 12 and up can take all our classes. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Will you help me pick out and buy a gun?
Yes. As part of our training process, we will guide you in maneuvering the legal system and purchasing a gun.
I am old, weak or physically handicapped. Will you let me take a class?
Yes. You are entitled to learn how to defend yourself and we would count ourselves privileged to be a part of that process.
I am an experienced shooter, are you going to make me start with basic stuff?
Yes. Every shooting class we teach begins with a review of safety procedures. And, until we asses your abilities, every new student will start slow.
I am a new shooter, are you going to make me do advanced stuff?
No. No shooter will ever be forced to do anything they don’t want to do or aren’t capable of doing. Our goal is to make you better today than you were yesterday. You are not competing against the person next to you.
Are you going to yell at me?
No. That is not an effective way of learning anything.
Will you teach me advanced techniques?
Yes. In private lessons we will teach you anything we feel is safe and anything we feel you can perform safely.
