Shoot to Wound or Shoot to Kill

When you are defending your life, what is your mindset? If the awful day comes where you’re forced to put your firearm on someone what should be your intent and purpose. Should you shoot to wound, shoot to kill, or something else. When you shoot to wound your shooting at smaller faster, moving targets. It is not as easy as Hollywood makes it seem. You should never have the desire to kill anyone. You should always shoot to end the threat. Shooting at the thoracic cavity means you’re shooting at a larger, more forgiving target. You don’t shoot to kill; you shoot until there is no longer a threat to your life for the life of someone you love.
